I am so glad to announce the start of our new production facility foer wood Plastic composite doors and door frames.This looks exact like any wood in feel,touch and weight,but it is many times better than the former.It can be extruded,molded,processed like any other thermoplastic material in ant shape or form and reprocessed as well.It is waterproof,weatherproof,termite proof,fire retardant.One has to just buy it and straightway fit it.It can be hand worked with all sorts of wood working tools,can be surface treated, sawed,nailed,screwed  and painted or laminated in the desired scratch free colors and textures.By using this one revolutionary product e can almost eliminate the felling of trees,thus save the environment.

I have been travelling the western developed countries for the last 2 years in search of technology and machinery for this product which is developing @ 25% per year in those areas.And ultimately came to the conclusion that the cost for buying that was almost prohibitive for our type of economy.We therefore got it assembled as per our requirement .

Now that everything is properly installed at much lower cost in the newly constructed building we have successfully started the production.We have already started assembly of three more lines which will be installed in the same building.Another equally big land in another nearby industrial area has also been got allotted for future expansion..

This will be the first venture in India and make use of waste agricultural fibers lihe wood powder,sugar-cane baggasse,coconut fibers,rice husks and even grass as raw material.These after grinding/pulverising in our own facility for suitable size reduction will be mixed with special additives and various thermo- plastic raw materials to compound into granular forms which can then be processed by any conventional plastic processing techniques.In case a bio-degradable item has to be made out of this,we have to use a bio-degradable plastic in place of normal plastics.
